There are 3 apartments in the building, each of them is suitable for up to 10 persons.
Apartment 1A (total 150 sqm) has 3 bedrooms (25,25,15 sqm), living room (30 sqm), 2 bathrooms (1 with bathtub, the other one with shower), 2 separate toilets, a kitchen. The apartment is located on the 1st floor. It is equipped with Sat TV Astra, DVD player, Radio with CD, coffee maker, microwave, stove, fridge, washing machine, iron, ironboard, hairdryer and safe.
Apartment 1B (total 150 sqm) has 4 bedrooms (20,20,15,15 sqm), a living room (30 sqm) with sofabed, 2 bathrooms (with bathtub and shower), 2 separate toilets, a kitchen (15 sqm), where you can find all service you need to fix a delicious meal. The apartment is on the first floor. It is equipped with Sat TV Astra, DVD player, radio with CD, coffee maker, microwave, stove, fridge, iron, ironboard, hairdryer and safe.
Apartment 3A (total 150 sqm) has 4 bedrooms (25, 25, 15, 12 sqm) each with a double bed except for the smallest bedroom that has a single bed; a living room (30 sqm with sofa bed), a bathroom (with shower and bathtub), a toilet, a kitchen (15 sqm). It is located on the 3rd floor. It is equipped with Sat TV Astra, DVD player, radio with CD, coffee maker, microwave, stove, fridge, iron, ironboard, hairdryer and safe.

If you prefer rather shopping to sightseeing, there are several shopping malls nearby. There are 2 Metro stations close by (Namesti Republiky - line B and Staromestska - line A)

Payment and cancelation conditions
Credit Cards not accepted, payment in cash required.
Payment and cancellation conditions valid from 4th January until 26th December: Cancellation / change of a booking is free of charge if cancelled/changed 2 days prior to arrival day until 9 am local time. Cancellation / change of a booking less then 2 days prior to arrival day or no show - cost of the first night of your stay will be debited from your credit card. More in FAQ. Special payment and cancellation conditions valid from 27th December until 3rd January: Deposit 50% of the total cost is required to be paid in advance. Reservations can be cancelled without any fee 14 days prior to arrival.
